Recently I bought my elderly aunt a massage recliner chair on her birthday. She has an awful back and poor posture and often goes to the Chiropractor for massages and correction of her posture. It has aided her tremendously since she is elderly and has a bad back, she doesn't get sufficient exercise as she should, this makes her to complain of still being inflexible when she gets home from the chiropractor.

Her chiropractor has observed a positive change in her posture and back muscles - probably because she makes use of her massage chair every night while she sits while watching TV! I am going to purchase one for my own for sitting in front of my TV, not for bettering posture or back aches, but for playing on my PS3! It's mega comfortable, and I would recommend it for everyone, especially for an aunt's birthday!
